	Video clips and help pages can be accessed from every Bloomberg screen by clicking on the ? icon in the top right hand corner. Bloomberg also has two modular certification programme one called Bloomberg Market Concepts which covers different financial markets, economics and terminal functionality and a new certification programme on ESG. You can sign up for access to these by logging into the Bloomberg terminal and going to the screen/function BCER alternatively you can do them through the BloombergforEducation website. Please note if you wish to use it through the website you will need to request a code from the library team
	Business Source Premier has an introductory video tutorial for searching (use link on left to access). You can also get to page sensitive help when using the database through the ? icon that appears.
	Click on the Help button (top right hand corner) once logged in to access Helpsheets, webinars and training videos.
	Emerald offers a number of short training clips on YouTube. Click on the Emerald link on the left for a clip on Quick and Advanced Searching
	Factiva has a number of training clips available on YouTube. Watch our 2 min training video here.
	Once you are logged into Factset go to FactSet Learning to access their full suite of training presentations (can also be accessed from the ? icon). Also under this support icon is written guidance under the Appplication Help heading.

	Once you have access to FT.com use the link on the left to take a tour of myFT and learn how to set up preferences and alerts.

	Log into Pitchbook using the SSO login option, then use the link on the top right to access platform walkthroughs.
	Link on left launches video on basic searching in the Proquest platform.
	Videos are available on many of the different datasets hosted on this platform. Once logged in, click on "Videos" under the search box. More basic introductory videos can also be accessed from the "Support" link.
