Journal Articles
You should provide links to our subscribed e-journals – do not supply the PDFs. If for any reason you have to provide links ask the Library.
Linking does NOT impact on copyright. A properly formatted link will work on and off campus.

Benefits of linking to LBS subscribed journals/magazines

  • The usage data means we can justify the School’s database subscriptions and gives us a view of what students are reading.
  • There are no quantity limits with linking. Under the CLA licence we may only supply one article PDF from a single journal issue.
  • Accessibility - the databases have integrated accessibility tools.

The Library staff will make robust links that will work on and off campus - please ask us.

N.B Harvard Business Review prohibits linking to many of its articles even though they are in Business Source Complete. We must buy HBR articles if they are require readings. This applies even if you are the author of the HBR article, whether in the magazine or digital version.
