Access on and off campus, via the Library catalogue, Summon or the Library LibGuide 

Annotation and other features When working from a text online or in the app, it is possible to add comments and highlight passages.  Selecting text will automatically bring up the annotation menu. From here, you can highlight in a selection of colours, make notes and copy text (allowance will display).
Printing/Copying

Printing and copying is available from both 'read online' and PDF.

Reading/Downloading

Cambridge University Press e-books can be downloaded or read online. To download and read an e-book offline, you will need to create an account using your School credentials and download the Cambridge Spiral eReader. Once your account is set up, log in and click on 'bookshelf' to see items which have been added to your bookshelf.

Printing/Copying     All Cambridge E-books are supplied DRM-free, meaning that you can read, print or download as much of the content of an e-book as you need, as long as it is within the permitted copyright allowance.
Reading/Downloading     Chapters are available to read online, and can be downloaded individually as PDF files.

 

Accessibility

Cambridge University Press offers text-to-speech capabilities for PDF and HTML formats, which comprise the majority of their content. They have alt tags for most (not all) images, and it is possible to zoom up to 400% without text spilling off screen. All Cambridge CORE e-books are DRM free
