The function PAY <GO> show the highest paid executives of publicly traded companies and how their compensation changes on a daily basis with market fluctuations. The list can be refined by age, gender and industry. FA EXEC shows executive compensation in the company accounts (Financial Analysis). Go to MGMT to view company management and select an executive to view their pay.
CIQ
For a given company go to the people menu>Compensation. Clicking on a named professional will show their board and professional positions overtime. Under the screening tab you can screen for people that match your criteria: job title, industry, place of education.
Factset
For a given company go to the people tab.. It provides a bio, compensation, prior positions, and any current board positions. It also has a relationships area to see contacts further removed.
Eikon
Find your equity then in the search box enter officers: OFF. Click through for biography and remuneration over time. It links to charts of executive performance - i.e. stock price during tenure.
Mergent Online
The company profile shows some salary data and clickthrough to short biographies, compensation history
