provides history from 2001 for over 2800 entity tiers comprising some 2 million daily quotes.

Search for an equity or country in search bar. Credit Default Swaps are available in left hand menu under Fixed Income.
Use their plugin for quanity downloads. When viewing a country profile there is a CD graph - click on More. Then use the filter above to alter the date range.
